MUSICSCREEN CREW TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The Club Promoter is: MusicScreen Ltd (company no 06657907) whose registered office is at 55 Loudon Road, St John’s Wood, London NW8 0DL. The club name is ‘MusicScreen Crew’ (MS Crew).
2. Membership of MS Crew is only available to persons over the age of 18. By accepting membership, the applicant verifies they are over 18.
3. The membership is personal to the applicant and benefits cannot be used by anyone apart from the member.
4. There is no fee for membership. However, membership may be revoked if the conditions of membership are not met on an annual basis. See conditions of membership item 6.
5. Membership benefits:
5.1 Complimentary entry for two to a MusicScreen Cinema-gig at your designated local cinema.
5.2 Regular news letter of up and coming events from MusicScreen.
5.3 Automatic entry to MusicScreen prize draw surveys and competitions.
5.4 The membership shall be renewed annually on condition the member has complied with the points listed in item 6.
6. Conditions of membership:
6.1 All correspondence on acceptance of membership shall be to crew@musicscreen.co.uk
6.2 The member will receive complimentary entry for two on condition that MusicScreen receive a report from the member on the designated cinema’s promotion activity. The report should be sent 3 weeks in advance of screening. It should be no less than 30 words and no more than 100. The report should contain a photo of the poster displayed at the cinema and confirmation that the trailer is playing.
6.3 The ‘designated cinema’ is the cinema either 1 or 2 choice completed on the sign up page and should be a cinema local to the members town/city of residence.
6.4 If necessary, the member may change the ‘designated cinema’ by sending an email request to crew@muiscscreen.co.uk.
6.5 The member shall report only on the designated cinema.
6.6 There can be only one member per designated cinema. MusicScreen reserve the right to refuse membership if there is over subscription to one particular cinema site.
6.7 Complimentary passes for ongoing MusicScreen events will only be offered on the condition the member attends the screening and completes a short questionnaire report after each screening (within 7 days).
7. Any information supplied by the member shall be treated confidentially and no information or opinions will be shared publicly without the express written permission (by email) of the member concerned.
8. The member agrees to keep all correspondence and opinions expressed by MusicScreen strictly confidential.
9. Disputes: MusicScreen’s decision shall be final on any dispute regarding the awarding of complimentary passes to the member for the designated cinema.
10. MusicScreen reserve the right to close MS Crew with a 28 day notice period to members. Any such notice will be sent by e-mail, or there will be a notice on the MusicScreen website.
